Confession time
Ok, so I (Kathi, Charles and Carol's youngest daughter) have a confession to make. Jen (my sister) started this blog, and up until recently has been the sole contributor to it. I started helping a couple of weeks ago. We are the ones who write the posts, although lots of the time, we just copy and paste parts of emails we get from Mom and Dad. So, if some of the posts are done in first person and some in third, that's why. First person means it's taken from an email or conversation with Dad (and sometimes Mom); third person means it's by us. I started feeling like I was forging signatures or falsifying documents by writing like it's them, besides the fact that it was confusing my simple little mind. So now you know :-)

About this blog...
As most of you know, Charles and Carol Jewell are on a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. They received their call in August of 2007 to serve in the Bulgaria Sofia Mission. They set off on their journey from home in San Antonio, TX to the Missionary Training Center (MTC) in Provo, UT before Christmas of 2007 stopping to visit Heather (Midland, TX), Chuck (Amarillo, TX) and Kathi (Broomfield, CO) on the way. Charles and Carol arrived at the MTC on January 7, 2008 and were there training for 11 days before traveling on to Sofia, Bulgaria. This blog is so that all of you can see how they are doing! Hope you enjoy the updates...
